Homeless people are defined as people who are literally without shelter and who live "on the street", sleeping outside in parks, alleys and abandoned buildings, as well as those relying on emergency shelters for accommodation. Those defined as "at risk" of homelessness are people who are paying too much of their income for rent, and/or living in unsafe, inadequate or insecure housing. If faced with an unexpected expense, they may be unable to make ends meet. Moving outside may be the only answer. Often, these households are one step away from homelessness!

Together we can make a diffrence,as we become more solution minded.

Abbotsford Blue Bus

As of May 2007, Lifeline has started up a second feeding program which is located in Abbotsford B.C. Check us out in our "PROGRAM" section under Abbotsford Blue Bus

Thanks to the Central City Mission Foundation, Lifeline aquired a new bus and has converted it into an Emergecy Response Vehicle that provides a hot meal, groceries, and clothing for the homeless.

We are always in need of finances, volunteers, gifts in kind and services in order to continue providing for the less fortunate.

Please call Dave at 604-728-7551 or email us at lifeline@uniserve.com for how you can support this worthwhile project.
