Since May 2007, our mobile Food Bank and Soup Kitchen has been operating on alternate Sunday afternoons in serving the Abbotsford region. By serving a hot meal, sandwiches, coffee, juice, and dessert as well as clothing and bedding items to approximately 150 to 200 people, this outreach builds relationships and ministers to those less fortunate and to those who are on the street through a friendship evangelism approach. It is a delight to say that in early 2015 we have partnered up with Mennenite Central Committe to further inhance the services to those in need and will be serving the items in their back parking lot on 33933 Gladys Ave. This outreach goes a long way to helping people change their lives and become a contributing part of society. Come out on a scheduled Sunday afternoon (see schedule section) and help us serve the growing number of needy people on the streets of Abbotsford.

Time & Place:

• Sunday Preperation – meet at 12:00 pm for food preparation at Lifeline Centre #12 26157 Fraser Highway Aldergrove B.C.
• Sunday Distribution – meet at 3:30 pm every scheduled Sunday at 33933 Gladys Avenue, back parking lot of the new MCC building.
• Sunday Clean up – meet at Lifeline Centre at approximately 5:30 – 6:00
• Wednesdays – To organize supplies and grocery donations at the Lifeline Centre. Your help is greatly needed.
